EdjAnalytics, a leading data science and prescriptive analytics firm focused in healthcare, workforce, services and sports has announced the hiring of Susan Olson as Chief Operating Officer.
Previously the Managing Director for the Agriculture, Biofuels and Digital H2O divisions of Genscape, Susan was responsible for leading business, product development, strategic and operational activities. During her tenure, she co-authored multiple patents for technologies that produced market insights.
Prior to Genscape, Susan worked for Honeywell Aerospace as a Project Leader on the F-135 Engine for the Joint Strike Fighter and researched for the U.S. Navy to help reduce submarine noise.
In her new role as Chief Operating Officer, Susan will lead Edj’s efforts in fostering strategic corporate alliances and technology and intellectual property development. In addition, she will oversee the data science and product management teams.

A native of Henderson, Kentucky, Susan earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville and holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Susan resides in Louisville, KY with her partner and enjoys fishing, hiking and exploring new places.
